Messages to the Radiodrama Digest must be in Plain Text.
That means no color, no fonts, no anything else except text.
You may have to set your e-mail software to make this happen.
Somewhere, usually in preferences, there is the option to send
plain text.
Please note the following information:
IMPORTANT - FOR AOL 6.0 USERS ONLY: (02/12/2001) WINDOWS USERS ONLY: AOL 6.0 apparently CAN send plain-text email, but ONLY if you 1) Select the entire message, 2) Right-click on the selected text, and 3) Select \'TEXT - NORMAL\' Any MAC AOL 6.0 users want to test Control-Click? (Do not ask me why AOL won't tell it's users about this work- around...heck, maybe they don't know.) Another difficult but usable workaround we are currently aware of is to go to the website http://aolmail.aol.com/ - log in and send your email from there. The email sent from this website appears to be properly plain-text. (Go figure - their email program sends web pages, and their web page sends text.) We will continue to monitor this situation; in the meantime, PLEASE complain to AOL Customer Service about this problem, which affects ALL AOL 6.0 users. Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------ IMPORTANT - MSN COMPANION USERS ONLY: (12/25/2000) MSN COMPANION software apparently CANNOT send plain-text email; please contact Companion customer service for further information and to see if this problem has been fixed at this time (this is Microsoft's error, not ours...we cannot fix their problem). ------------------------------------------------------------ Please resubmit your post as a plain text document without attachments, and contact audiotheater@spamcop.net if you have any questions.
